Overview

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing on-site support for customers, including installation, maintenance, and repair of systems solutions related to atomic and molecular spectroscopy.

In Short

  • Support customers through installation and maintenance of systems solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with preventive maintenance advice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for customer solutions.
  • Deliver technical training and workshops.
  • Travel up to 75% for on-site support.
  • Requires a technical high school diploma in relevant fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in spectroscopy.
  • Advanced English proficiency required.
  • Valid driver's license needed.

Requirements

  • Technical high school diploma in Chemistry, Electronics, or Environmental Sciences.
  • Post-graduate degree or certification is desirable.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in atomic/molecular spectroscopy.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (speaking and reading).
  • Availability to travel up to 75%.
  • Valid driver's license.
