Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide product and system support to our full portfolio of clients, becoming an expert user of our end-to-end fraud prevention platform.

In Short

  • Provide fast-paced product and technical support to clients via our support ticketing system.
  • Triage support requests effectively to maintain prioritization.
  • Monitor and manage internal alerts and dashboards related to system health.
  • Maintain deep knowledge about DataVisor products and system architecture.
  • Work closely with Engineering teams to escalate serious product bugs.
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers throughout the request handling process.
  • Document issues and findings using Zendesk and Jira.
  • Analyze recurring support issues and provide feedback for product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills for client interaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and product teams.
  • Experience with support ticketing systems like Zendesk.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and system architecture.
  • Ability to analyze and track support issues and trends.
