Overview

The Sourcer is a key member of the Talent Acquisition team responsible for proactively identifying and engaging qualified professionals for clinical and administrative assigned roles. This role primarily supports hiring Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants by leveraging market intelligence, workforce trends, and advanced sourcing techniques.

In Short

• Collaborate with recruiters and TA Managers to understand staffing needs.
• Source candidates through various methods including LinkedIn and job boards.
• Conduct market analysis to inform sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for PT and PTA candidates.
• Conduct outreach and screening calls to assess candidate fit.
• Develop sourcing metrics and reporting.
• Stay updated on state licensure requirements and market trends.
• Represent the company at career fairs and networking events.
• Partner with branding team for outreach messaging.
• Ensure accurate tracking of candidate data in ATS and CRM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Interest in data and technology.
