Join our Talent Acquisition team and help shape our hiring strategy with your sourcing expertise. You'll partner closely with recruiters, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Greenhouse, and Teamable to help scale our teams with top talent.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to understand hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent.
• Implement inclusive sourcing methods to build a diverse pipeline and support equitable hiring.
• Manage candidate pipelines using Greenhouse or similar tools; ensure data accuracy and smooth processes.
• Use Teamable (or equivalent) to activate employee networks and boost referrals.
• Stay current with industry sourcing trends and share insights to optimize our approach.

Requirements

• 4+ years in sourcing, preferably in the software/tech industry.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Greenhouse, and other sourcing platforms.
• Skilled in diversity-focused sourcing strategies.
• Familiar with Teamable or similar referral platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and written skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote team.
