Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Remote

Overview

As a Talent Acquisition - Sourcer, you’ll live at the top of the funnel — hunting exceptional talent for roles in the Sales and Marketing pods. You’ll report to the Recruiting Manager, but you’ll follow overarching direction and strategy from the Sourcing Coordinator Manager, and you’ll lend support to the Sourcing Operations Specialist to help ensure our pipelines stay active and never go dry.

In Short

• Source candidates for assigned pod and deliver high-quality, pre-screened candidates weekly.
• Adjust search strategy based on feedback from the pod team.
• Be a LinkedIn power user with advanced boolean searches and targeted outreach.
• Support sourcing operations company-wide and log activity consistently.
• Partner with recruiters to understand open roles and search priorities.
• Build tight shortlists quickly and improve sourcing strategies iteratively.
• Maintain organized communication and support multiple recruiters.
• Collaborate and accept feedback to enhance sourcing efforts.
• Contribute to re-engagement campaigns and funnel cleanup.
• Record a video showcasing your skill sets as part of the application process.

• Proficient in LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Fast learner with a focus on iterative improvement.
