As a Staff Data Analyst on the Servicing Analytics team at Upstart, you will play a pivotal role in influencing Upstart’s success by providing analytical capabilities for servicing functions, enabling data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• 8+ years in analytical roles in technology and finance.
• Strong background in payments, product, or operations analytics.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and/or R.
• Experience with data modeling and pipelines using tools like Databricks, DBT, Looker, Snowflake, Redshift, Tableau.
• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Data Science.
