In Short

• Critical leadership role as the Product leader in India for Uplight’s various capabilities.
• Devise and drive strategy to deliver outcomes in areas of ownership.
• Manage and mentor a group of Product Managers in India.
• Work closely with Uplight leadership, Product, Engineering, Delivery, Sales colleagues, and Customers.
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and resources for product roadmap delivery.
• Develop, Track and Analyze metrics for Product performance.
• Support functions like Industry Solutions, Customer Support, and Professional Services.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience in Product Management.
• 3-5 years in leadership positions.
• Industry knowledge in Energy, Cleantech is desirable.
• SaaS expertise.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong people management skills.
• Strategic thinker for long-term growth strategies.
