In Short

• Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap.
• Drive strategies to understand future market needs.
• Oversee market communication readiness strategies.
• Lead the product lifecycle and rollout of new product features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in the medical device industry.
• Experience working with physicians in an operating room.
• Knowledge of basic anatomy and surgical techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teams.
• Experience in regulated medical device environments.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and data.
• Experience developing protocols for prototypes.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Proven credibility in working with surgeons.
