As Customer Success Manager for the Middle East and North Africa, you’ll drive revenue growth and platform adoption through strategic account management and strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success or account management.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising and programmatic strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with onboarding and training clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with DSP platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Remote work experience is preferred.
