Overview

This role is for a Chief of Staff at UpGuard, responsible for strategic execution, internal communication, and planning company-wide events during a 9-month parental leave cover.

In Short

Requirements

• 5+ years in relevant roles (Chief of Staff, Program Manager).
• Experience in designing high-impact events.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and process-oriented mindset.
• Proficient with project management tools like Asana.
• Adept at using AI tools for efficiency.
• Confident in working with executives.
• Detail-oriented and action-biased.
