Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Designer at UpGuard, you’ll play a key role in shaping features for our growing cybersecurity SaaS platform, collaborating with PMs, engineers, and designers to create user-focused experiences.

In Short

• Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences.
• Partner with PMs and engineers to shape feature direction.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into design opportunities.
• Prototype and test ideas at various stages of the process.
• Improve user flows for clarity and usability.
• Contribute to the design system and enhance design quality.
• Refine designs based on feedback and product data.
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver high-quality product experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing interaction and visual design.
• Proactive and able to navigate ambiguity.
• Experience with design systems and team processes.
• Clear communication skills and teamwork.
• Growth mindset and openness to feedback.
• Strong experience with Figma.
