Requirements

• Associate's degree in health information technology or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of relevant experience in health information management.
• Ability to work independently and exercise judgment.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical record documentation.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Registered Health Information Technologist certification preferred.
