In Short

• Process, log, and respond to inbound medical record requests.
• Review and validate request documents for compliance.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.
• Communicate with clients and providers regarding records.
• Collaborate on special projects including chart audits.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Release of Information or medical records management.
• Tech savvy with EMRs and ticketing software.
• Team player with a focus on customer experiences.
• Attention to detail and process improvement skills.
• Experience in mental/behavioral health is a plus.
