Registered Nurse PRN - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit - Remote

Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care to assigned patients in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), which is a 64 bed facility dedicated to caring for high-risk infants.

In Short

• Provide direct patient care in a Level IIIB NICU.
• Work in a collaborative healthcare environment.
• Deliver patient- and family-centered care.
• Document assessment data and develop a Plan of Care.
• Administer medications and educate patients/families.
• Support and mentor student nurses and staff.
• Work under the supervision of a Clinical Services Manager.
• Must be capable of using personal protective equipment.
• Temporary position with maximum allowable hours of 1000 per year.
• Must have a valid RN license and relevant nursing experience.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Valid RN License.
• 1 year of Registered nursing experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong work ethics and accountability.
• Preferred: 2+ years of nursing experience and NICU experience.
