Overview

Unity is seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Overlay to lead and manage ISV (Independent Software Vendors) across the AMER region. This role is critical in ensuring Unity grows its distribution license business by collaborating across multiple internal teams and supporting sales in customer-facing engagements. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, deep industry expertise, and a passion for enabling revenue growth in complex environments.

In Short

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Unity’s Independent Software Vendors across the AMER region.
• Partner with sales, finance, legal, compliance, customer success and other internal stakeholders.
• Support sales in customer-facing meetings to uncover use cases for ISV distribution licenses.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the GTM teams, providing market feedback.
• Navigate complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in sales, with a proven track record in the software/SaaS industry.
• Expertise in complex deal structures, enterprise contracting, and negotiation.
• Strong ability to collaborate across departments.
• Strategic mindset with a history of successful market strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ISV, embedded licensing models, or distribution agreements is preferred.
