Senior Partnership Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Senior Partnership Specialist is responsible for managing student ledger transactions related to Workforce Development, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and providing exceptional customer service.

In Short

• Manage tuition billing, scholarships, and discounts.
• Assist with account reconciliations and reporting.
• Support billing configuration for partner agreements.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to partners.
• Participate in team collaboration and communication.
• Prepare statistical and tracking reports for management.
• Provide exceptional customer service to campuses and partners.
• Collaborate with IT on customization inquiries.
• Maintain ethical documentation and recordkeeping.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a business office or accounting environment.
• Experience in financial aid or cash management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Achieve high accuracy in financial processes.
• Work with urgency and responsiveness.
