Overview

The Senior Partnership Specialist is responsible for managing student ledger transactions related to Workforce Development, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting accurate invoicing to partners.

In Short

• Manage and assist in student ledger transactions.
• Support billing configuration for partner agreements.
• Post award data into the student operating system.
• Participate in contract review and analysis.
• Ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping.
• Prepare statistical and tracking reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service to campuses and partners.
• Collaborate with IT on customization inquiries.
• Prepare customized invoices for Workforce development.
• Maintain timely communication with partners.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a business office, banking, or accounting environment.
• Preference for candidates with financial aid experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, auditing, or accounting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Achieve high accuracy in financial aid processes.
