Admissions Representative - Remote

Overview

The Admissions Representative will work in a hybrid capacity, primarily recruiting qualified students for the college's academic programs while providing guidance and support throughout the admissions process.

• Hybrid position with 3 days on campus and 2 days remote.
• Responsible for recruiting and assisting potential students.
• Conduct interviews and provide information about programs.
• Make outbound calls to interested prospects.
• Maintain compliance with admissions standards and regulations.
• Document all admissions activities accurately.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students.
• Participate in organized outreach campaigns.
• Complete daily reports and training as required.
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
