Admissions Representative - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an Admissions Representative to join our team. This role will need to work within 9:00am - 6:00pm Pacific Standard Time.

In Short

• Recruit qualified students for the college’s academic programs.
• Provide information and assistance to potential students.
• Evaluate and resolve student inquiries and issues.
• Conduct student interviews and provide guidance.
• Make outbound calls to potential students.
• Follow up on inquiries and interview outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of admissions activities.
• Attend training and meetings as required.
• Adhere to company policies and best practices.
• Mentor students to help identify their skills and interests.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years customer service, telemarketing or sales experience.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work flexible hours as necessary.
