Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years' successful sales experience required.
• At least 1 year of college admissions/recruiting experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with student recruitment strategies and CRM software is a plus.
