Admissions Representative - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an Admissions Representative to join our team, responsible for recruiting qualified students for the college’s academic programs while providing guidance and assistance throughout the admissions process.

In Short

• Recruit qualified students for academic programs.
• Provide information and assistance regarding enrollment.
• Conduct interviews and schedule appointments with prospective students.
• Make outbound calls to potential students.
• Follow up on inquiries and assist with enrollment issues.
• Mentor students to identify their skills and interests.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and accreditation standards.
• Complete daily activity reports and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in training and attend meetings as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by local leaders.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work flexible hours as necessary.
