Adjunct Nursing Faculty - Online - Remote

Overview

We are looking for Adjunct Faculty to join our team at Unitek Learning, a leading healthcare education organization, providing online course facilitation for nursing programs.

In Short

• Instruct students utilizing existing curriculum for assigned classes.
• Make continuous efforts to improve quality of instruction.
• Assist with reviewing and revising syllabi and instructional guidelines.
• Regularly evaluate students to measure their progress.
• Maintain student records of attendance and grades.
• Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver course content.
• Provide access to students for ongoing communication.
• Participate in professional development and maintain CE hours.
• Commitment to teaching a multicultural and multigenerational student body.
• Serve as subject matter expert for university and accreditation requirements.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current and unencumbered RN licensure.
• Master's Degree in Nursing required; Terminal Degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of previous pre-licensure nursing online teaching experience.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products.
