Adjunct Nursing Faculty - Online - Remote

Overview

We are looking for Adjunct Faculty to join our team, providing online course facilitation for the pre-licensure Workforce Development Programs and/or BSN and MSN programs.

In Short

• Instruct students utilizing existing curriculum for assigned classes.
• Improve quality of instruction using innovative methodologies.
• Assist with reviewing and revising syllabi and instructional guidelines.
• Evaluate students' progress and inform them in a timely manner.
• Maintain student records of attendance and grades.
• Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) for course content delivery.
• Provide access to students for ongoing communication.
• Participate in professional development and maintain CE hours.
• Commitment to teaching a multicultural and multigenerational student body.
• Serve as subject matter expert for university and accreditation requirements.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current and unencumbered licensure.
• Master's Degree in Nursing required; Terminal Degree preferred.
• Experience in pre-licensure nursing online teaching.
• Knowledge of educational methodology and distance education techniques.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products.
