Requirements

• MSW from a CSWE accredited program.
• Five years post-masters practice experience.
• Two years of online or hybrid teaching experience.
• Strong teaching skills at the college level.
• Ability to articulate social work from a biblical worldview.
• Proven organizational and communication skills.
• Basic competency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Preferred: Doctoral degree in social work.
• Preferred: Social Work Clinical License.
• Preferred: Experience with learning management systems.
