In Short

• Instruct general education courses in the ASVN, BSN, and RN to BSN degree completion programs
• Develop coursework for assigned classes
• Improve quality of instruction using innovative methodologies
• Review and revise syllabi and instructional guidelines
• Evaluate students' progress and inform them of their status
• Assist with strategic planning for instructional initiatives
• Maintain student records and assist with program data collection
• Utilize LMS for course content delivery
• Provide ongoing communication with students
• Participate in professional development and maintain CE hours

Requirements

• Master's Degree required; Doctoral Degree preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Previous online teaching experience required
• Background in educational methodology consistent with teaching assignments
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products
