Choosing a school is one of the most important decisions a parent has to make. Educating parents on Primer’s program and partnering with them during their decision-making process is a profound responsibility—one that requires trust, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to helping families find the best educational fit for their child.

• Bring prospective families through Primer’s admissions process.
• Host phone calls and Zoom Parent Meetings with prospective families.
• Utilize sales systems such as Salesforce and Groove.
• Maintain consistent communication through follow-ups with families.
• Own your pipeline and ensure timely follow-up for every family.
• Define the family’s first impression of Primer.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills.
