Accounts Payable Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Payable Specialist will oversee the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies.

In Short

• Process large volumes of invoices and payments accurately.
• Review and reconcile vendor statements.
• Perform two- and three-way matching for purchases.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Partner with department managers for invoice issues.
• Prepare AP reports and aging analysis.
• Maintain vendor master data accuracy.
• Assist with audits by providing documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Timely payment of lease and rent obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8+ years in accounts payable.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP principles.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in process improvement is a plus.
• Ability to work in US Pacific or Central Time.
