The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage financial transactions, including processing invoices and vendor communications, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

• 6 - 8 years of experience in T&E, Vendor management, and AP.
• Experience with ERPs/Expense management systems like NetSuite, Concur, Coupa.
• Experience in handling the month-end close process.
• Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to own problems and see them through to completion.
• Attention to detail for accuracy.
