The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing all vendor-related accounts payable requests, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal controls while contributing to a mission-driven organization focused on community health and support.

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
• Effective communication skills with internal and external parties.
• Experience with Business Central 365 preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
