Admissions Representative - Remote

Overview

The Admissions Representative will recruit qualified students for the college’s academic programs, providing guidance and support throughout the admissions process.

In Short

• Hybrid position with both on-campus and remote work
• Recruit and assist potential students with the admissions process
• Evaluate and resolve student inquiries and issues
• Conduct interviews and provide guidance on program offerings
• Maintain compliance with governmental regulations and accreditation standards
• Document all admissions activity and inquiries
• Participate in phone campaigns and follow-up activities
• Provide mentorship to students in identifying their skills and interests
• Complete daily activity reports accurately
• Attend training and meetings as required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience
• Excellent presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work flexible hours as necessary
