Overview

The Newborn Account Development Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and managing relationships with hospital personnel to ensure client retention and sales growth.

In Short

  • Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and ensure client retention.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Manage assigned accounts and stakeholder hierarchy.
  • Ensure CRM is updated with all stakeholders.
  • Assist with challenging client requests and issue escalations.
  • Drive sales growth in existing hospital accounts.
  • Participate in developing business plans for assigned accounts.
  • Conduct hospital in-service training as needed.
  • Travel nationwide to hospitals and conferences as required.
  • Collaborate with the Newborn sales team to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience using a CRM.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR results.
