Overview

Unite Us is seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our team, bringing entrepreneurial ambition and a passion for transforming health and social care. The Account Executive is a senior individual contributor who serves as a named resource and partner for enterprise customer organizations. From onboarding to contract renewal and expansion, this role will oversee the entire customer journey, fostering strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders. By leveraging deep industry expertise and exceptional communication skills, the Account Executive will enhance implementation outcomes and position Unite Us as an indispensable partner.

In Short

  • Create and execute effective account plans for specified complex, high-value strategic accounts to deliver sales objectives.
  • Proactively leverage a matrix account team to develop and manage sales pipeline and enhance customer relationships.
  • Ensure customers have a high rate of customer satisfaction, adoption, engagement and retention.
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure client adoption, utilization, and ROI for account users.
  • Practice effective communication with leadership, customers, and extended team.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews for named accounts.
  • Own client renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Present recommendations to customers for improving or expanding the use of Unite Us.
  • Act as the customer’s escalation point for business-critical issues.
  • Lead discussions around forecasting and pipeline status.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales, customer success, or account management experience preferred.
  • Experience managing a book of business and complex accounts.
  • Experience creating and sustaining large strategic partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success with renewals and retention opportunities.
  • Ability to take initiative and inspire others.
  • Superior organizational skills for timely meetings.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience typically required.
