In Short

  • Lead the execution of Strategy, Design and Construction sales growth strategy in the Americas.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up qualification.
  • Work with Design, Delivery and Pursuits teams to put together winning proposals.
  • Support the continuous evolution and develop fresh approaches to identify and attract target clients.
  • Create and manage a sales pipeline focused on the Americas Market.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to maximize client impact.
  • Build relationships with C-level and purchasing executives at key prospects.
  • Increase industry knowledge to position Unispace in the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, architectural design, engineering, construction, or a related discipline.
  • 15+ years of sales and market development experience within the Corporate Interiors/Commercial Office sector.
  • Strategic sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Americas workplace market.
  • Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Open to travel to customers and prospects.
