Overview

As a Software Engineer at Union, you will tackle complex challenges in AI infrastructure, focusing on high-velocity iteration and production-readiness for AI workloads. You will work on the Flyte project, contributing to modern data and AI orchestration.

In Short

Design large scale, multi-tenant distributed control planes.
Develop Golang based gRPC services.
Build core algorithms for distributed ML and Data systems.
Create distributed scheduling systems on Kubernetes.
Develop APIs for ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists.
Implement high-performance Golang applications.
Collaborate with the open-source community and internal teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
5+ years’ experience building scalable distributed services.
Proven discipline in code testing and documentation.
Excellent communication skills for global collaboration.
Expertise in maintaining and debugging live software systems.
Ability to automate tasks effectively.
