In Short

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support company growth from startup to growth phase.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product GTM, roadmap, and sales efforts.
• Oversee all aspects of demand generation, including digital marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
• Manage and optimize marketing automation systems, paid search, and SEO initiatives.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and build targeted, replicable marketing campaigns.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels.
• Develop a comprehensive content strategy that supports marketing goals.
• Implement metrics and analytics to measure content performance and ROI.
• Ensure all content and collateral adhere to brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong background in product-led growth and marketing within a product-heavy organization.
• Expertise in modern sales and marketing technologies.
• Specific expertise in HubSpot and ZoomInfo is desirable.
• Deep understanding of demand generation tactics.
• Experience in data-driven marketing strategy and funnel optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with Product Marketing teams.
• Experience in brand management and development.
• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience.
