In Short

  • Own the post-sale client relationship for a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
  • Lead client onboarding and implementation of UniCourt's API platform.
  • Develop and execute success plans tailored to each client's goals.
  • Drive product adoption by educating clients on platform capabilities.
  • Monitor account health and address risks to retention.
  • Own the renewal process and partner with sales for expansion opportunities.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams for client experience.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Stay current on legal tech trends and represent UniCourt at industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; JD, MBA, or advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of customer success or account management experience in legal tech.
  • Strong understanding of the legal industry and enterprise client relationships.
  • Familiarity with API-based products and SaaS solutions.
  • Proven ability to drive product adoption and manage renewals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and self-directed in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel periodically for client engagements.
