• Drive design from concept to execution, translating abstract product requirements and user needs into clear, compelling design ideas and prototypes.
• Simplify complexity by creating designs that make interacting with dense, structured data feel natural for legal professionals.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Data teams to understand business goals and user context.
• Invent and explore new design concepts that enhance legal research and analysis.
• Prototype and test ideas rapidly to validate hypotheses and gather insights.
• Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product direction.
• Champion the voice of the user, balancing creativity with understanding of legal workflows.
• Contribute to brand identity and product storytelling through visual language.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of design experience in data-rich or workflow-heavy SaaS products.
• A portfolio showcasing product designs that simplify advanced data research.
• Solid experience with the entire product design process.
• Expertise with Figma, Miro, and prototyping tools.
• Deep empathy for legal professional users.
• Experience building AI or ML-based product workflows.
• Strong skills in concept generation.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards for data visualization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; Master's preferred.
