Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer, ideally focused on GTM roles.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and techniques.
• Strong understanding of GTM functions and early-stage team building.
• High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong ownership.
• Curiosity, creativity, and comfort in a fast-changing environment.
