As a Talent Sourcer at ELVTR, you will contribute to building a robust pipeline of potential instructors for our courses through systematic LinkedIn research and established strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn for recruitment purposes.
• Strong communication skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with educational or training environments is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to follow established strategies and guidelines.
