Overview

As the Director of IT Operations & Enterprise Systems, you will lead the internal technology function at Underdog, setting the vision and ensuring the performance, scalability, and security of our IT infrastructure and enterprise applications.

• Oversee corporate network infrastructure and end-user computing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT operations and enterprise applications experience.
• 6+ years in leadership roles in high-growth environments.
• Expertise with ERP, HRIS, and identity platforms.
• Strong understanding of SaaS environments and integration architecture.
• Proven vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
