Overview

The Partner Sales Executive will be responsible for managing a specific portfolio of UiPath partners within Israel, focusing on their recruitment, practice development, and mutual success.

In Short

  • Own the recruitment, onboarding, and development of partners within an assigned portfolio.
  • Articulate and evangelize the UiPath Platform and vision to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Work with sales leadership to develop a coordinated go-to-market strategy.
  • Ensure partners are trained and enabled effectively for sales campaigns.
  • Manage quarterly sales funnel from opportunity development to deal closure.
  • Quantitatively articulate a management system of the partner business.
  • Effectively handle partner/customer conflicts with proven conflict management.
  • Stay current on industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of partner management experience.
  • Successful track record of growing a go-to-market channel organization.
  • Demonstrated success in channel strategic planning and managing sales forecasting.
  • Strong business acumen in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Superb business development and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and influence others.
  • Broad leadership experience in the partner ecosystem.
  • High level of trustworthiness and discretion with confidential information.
