Coding and Client Manager - Remote

Overview

UASI is seeking an experienced Coding and Client Manager to join our growing team. This Coding and Client Manager is responsible for overall client management and will have accountability for client retention, growth, and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, consulting skills and strong industry knowledge with demonstrated subject matter expertise.

In Short

• Ensure clarity and alignment with clients about UASI services/deliverables.
• Facilitate client kick off meetings.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to identify new opportunities.
• Use critical thinking skills to assess client current state and goals.
• Document changes to project scope and confirm impacts.
• Lead, monitor and evaluate project results for the client.
• Manage flow and timing of all client projects.
• Collaborate with QM Team to ensure quality expectations.
• Validate client invoices align with contract parameters.
• Identify additional solutions opportunities with clients.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree in health information management or equivalent.
• Exceptional communication skills.
