Overview

As a SMART Auditor at UASI, you will conduct inpatient coding reviews and SMART audits, providing feedback and education while working remotely.

• Maintain a reliable work schedule with punctual attendance.
• Ability to meet productivity goals with high coding accuracy.

Requirements

• RHIA, RHIT, or CCS certification required.
• 2–3 years of inpatient coding and auditing experience.
• Experience with SMART Audit tool.
• Strong technical skills including VPNs and video conferencing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Reliable work schedule and punctual attendance.
• 95%+ coding accuracy required.
