MAP Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

The MAP Operations Specialist at Alcon will support the Promotion/Advertising Regulatory Affairs team by ensuring proper documentation management, compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitating effective collaboration among project stakeholders.

• Act as a centralized knowledge hub for MAP processes.
• Collaborate with Brand to prioritize material reviews.
• Support MAP review meetings and ensure compliance.
• Prepare and distribute approval documentation for reviews.
• Track submissions for completion and reporting.
• Implement and utilize electronic review tools.
• Identify and recommend improvements for team processes.
• Review and approve project deliverables against documentation.
• Prepare metrics and monitoring reports.
• Assist with special projects and SOP development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Science background preferred).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role.
