Overview

The Scientific Communications Lead is responsible for developing and executing strategic medical communication plans that align with therapeutic area objectives, ensuring scientific accuracy and compliance while fostering collaboration across teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 5+ years in medical/scientific communications, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Experience in congress planning and management is a plus.
• Proven track record of leading within a matrixed organization.
• Knowledge of regulatory environments and compliance.
• Ability to produce high-quality, scientifically accurate content.
• Strong influencing and leadership skills.
• Experience with Real World Evidence (RWE) is beneficial.
• Understanding of priority disease areas is preferred.
