Overview

The Access and Reimbursement Manager (ARM) is a remote and field-based role responsible for providing education on access and reimbursement topics to healthcare providers within assigned geographies, ensuring patient access to Novartis products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in reimbursement or pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of Medicare and managed care policies.
• Ability to analyze reimbursement issues.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to manage multiple products and projects.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and CRM.
• Understanding of patient privacy laws.
