The Access and Reimbursement Manager role is a field-based position responsible for providing education and support on access and reimbursement topics to healthcare providers, ensuring patient access to pharmaceutical products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in reimbursement or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy products and coding/billing.
• Knowledge of Medicare policies and managed care.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple products.
• Superb knowledge of buy-and-bill reimbursement pathway.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required for travel.
• Strong teamwork and project management abilities.
• Above average computer skills, including CRM software.
