Overview

The Access and Reimbursement Manager (ARM) is a remote field-based role responsible for providing education on access and reimbursement topics to defined accounts, acting as a local market access expert.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in reimbursement or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy products.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid policies.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with account management in healthcare.
• Understanding of patient privacy laws.
• Ability to collaborate with teams effectively.
