Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or greater.
  • 7+ years of experience in Financial Institution Sales and Client Management.
  • Solid knowledge of sales management practices.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in managing sales functions preferred.
  • Comfort with pipeline management expectations.
  • Excellent competitive analysis skills.
  • Good knowledge of credit card P&L and profitability measures.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
