In Short

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships to accelerate Klim’s commercial impact.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in sustainability, food, and agriculture.
  • Lead projects, market research, and opportunity analysis for Klim’s expansion.
  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies.
  • Track and analyze trends in regenerative agriculture and agri-finance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure insights are reflected in business planning.
  • Deliver commercial business cases and partnership assessments.
  • Represent Klim at industry events to elevate our profile.

Requirements

  • Strategic mindset with a strong analytical foundation.
  • Experience in consulting, business intelligence, strategy, or partnerships preferred.
  • Proven ability to conduct deep market research.
  • Skilled in building and managing long-term relationships.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity with solid project management skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of regenerative agriculture or sustainability is a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events.
